Companion Policy

COMPANION POLICY

  1. If your physician prohibits the use of a companion for the health of your patient, please take care to comply with this. Our visiting hours are between 07:00-22:00.
  2. For the health of our patients, only one companion is accepted.
  3. People with fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, vomiting and infectious dermatitis are not accepted as companions.
  4. Do not touch patient care materials.
  5. Pay attention to patient and employee privacy during your accompaniment.
  6. Be careful not to engage in behaviors such as crying or shouting in the presence of our patients (as it may disfavor them) that reflect your emotional state.
  7. To protect the health of our patients, please do not bring or accept food and beverages from outside.
  8. Flowers are not accepted in patient rooms due to the risk of infection. Flowers on behalf of the patient will be delivered to the patient on discharge with a pre-delivered flower card.
  9. Please do not use cell phones in areas with medical equipment.
  10. Do not speak loudly.
  11. Pets are not allowed in our institution, please do not bring them.
  12. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our organization, except in designated areas.
  13. In the case of a special patient, the companion practice is carried out in accordance with the physician’s approval
  14. Who should not be a companion!

Children under 18 years of age,

Those with complaints such as fever, cough, sneezing and expectoration and those with a known active infectious disease.

  1. Who or whom is informed about the patient’s health;

If the patient is an adult and conscious;

He/she or his/her first-degree relative will be informed

If the patient is a child;

The parent is informed.

No information about the patient is given to third parties.
